Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information when available.

 

Delivery Times

As our products may be shipped from international fulfilment centres, delivery times can vary depending on the destination, product and shipping method.

For orders to the UK, estimated delivery is generally 5–10 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, shipping carriers, weather conditions or periods of high demand.

 

International Shipping

Some orders may be shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners. Depending on the products ordered, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for separate packages resulting from this.

 

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

 

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties or taxes depending on the destination and applicable local regulations. Any charges imposed by customs or local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
